Hermcol®Red A3B-COPP is a semi-opaque anthraquinone pigment red 177. It is a kind of blue shade red pigment which shows high performance of good dispersity and good fastness such as excellent weather fastness, light fastness. It is also resistant to heat and solvent. The paint industry uses Hermcol®Red A3B-COPP primarily in combination with inorganic pigments, especially with Molybdate Red Pigments. It also shows excellent heat stability in plastics. Hermcol®Red A3B-COPP, in combination with Molybdate Red pigments, provides better properties than other organic red pigments. It is compliant with the relevant purity requirements of EU Directive 94/62/EC, U.S. CONEG Toxics in Packaging Legislation and EU Directive 2011/65/EC (RoHS).
It is primarily recommended for Automotive Coatings (OEM and Car Refinishes), Decorative Coatings (incl. color pastes), Industrial Coatings, Powder Coatings, Coil Coatings, Plastics and Master Batches, Specialties.
